Disa is an EMBA graduate with a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.  She has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.

In her current role as a Director Head, Data Acquisition at UCB, she leads a highly efficient global team of Data Acquisition Managers, Clinical Solution Analysts, and Medical Coding Oversight Manager with the responsibility of strategically acquiring clinical and operational data, providing systems support and implementation (for EDC/RDC, CTMS, TMF, RBM, CDR, MDR, COAR, Data Discovery, and reporting), and overseeing medical coding for all clinical trials.  

Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, she was a co-founder of a start-up company providing IT solutions.
