Stephan is one of the co-founders of Etherisc, a blockchain startup building decentralized insurance applications. Before Etherisc, he co-founded disrupt consulting, a cooperative for digital strategy consulting, educated major banks and telecom enterprises on blockchain technology, and was also part of the of the UBS Crypto 2.0 Innovation Lab. Stephan has more than 20 years experience with IT businesses, and has been working on digital currencies since 2008. He holds a PhD in Information Management from ETH Zürich.
