Hadi Kabalan is a managing director at Otonomos, a fintech and legaltech company which provides blockchain-based company incorporation, governance and funding, with all actions legally valid in the jurisdictions in which Otonomos offers services. Otonomos also works closely with governments, regulators, stock exchanges and financial services institutions in building blockchain company registries, private share exchanges, and insight solutions.

Prior to joining Otonomos Hadi spent 18 years in finance, investing in and advising technology companies, including 12 years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he managed the Global Technology Fund.

Hadi has a BSc (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from CASS Business School, a Certificate in Fintech Future Commerce from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is a CFA Charterholder.
